Exhibitor Information
The NOS is the premier event sponsored by the Division of Organic Chemistry of the American Chemical Society, and historically has had an attendance of nearly 1000 students and professionals in organic chemistry or related fields. The 42nd NOS will be held June 5-9, 2011 at Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. This scenic location, in the heart of the pharmaceutical industry in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, is also certain to attract many medicinal and pharmaceutical chemists. We are hoping for a very strong turn-out in June.
The National Organic Symposium will highlight recent advances in organic chemistry, and will feature 13 distinguished speakers, plus the 2011 Roger Adams Awardee. Four large Poster Sessions, a conference banquet, and casual social events will round out the program. Recreational and cultural activities of all sorts are readily available at this beautiful and historic venue.
The Poster Sessions will be held in the atrium of the new Princeton Chemistry Building ("New Frick"), scheduled for dedication in April, in time for the Symposium next June. Please see the following link for additional information.

This magnificent space provides an ideal location for exhibitors. If you would like to staff a booth at the meeting, a fee of $2,000 will reserve you space at each of the four Poster Sessions, and also includes one free registration (registration for additional personnel may be purchased at the standard rates). Each booth space will be 8’ by 10’ (10 linear feet), and a 6’ table and chairs will also be provided. If you need power for laptops or other accommodations, please inform us when you make your reservation. To reserve your space at the symposium, please contact Tara Zarillo of Princeton University Conference Services by phone at 609-258-6117, or by e-mail at tlreilly@princeton.edu.
If you are not able to attend the 2011 NOS, but would like to send items for display, and/or to include in the Symposium bags, we will be very happy to discuss this. In addition, sponsorships of oral sessions, and other events at the NOS are available.
.
Please make your reservations as soon as possible so that we may include your sponsorship in the Symposium booklet. Thank you in advance for your support for the 42nd National Organic Symposium. We look forward to seeing you in Princeton!

The Division of Organic Chemistry leads other ACS divisions in providing opportunities to welcome young chemists into the profession by making every effort to provide subsidies for students and postdoctoral fellows to attend the NOS. The meeting is designed to be both educational and inspiring for young colleagues. We are attempting to raise $75,000 in financial support to help continue to offer below-cost fees to students and postdoctoral fellows, who constitute a substantial portion of the NOS attendee pool, and to help cover travel costs for the plenary speakers. If you would like to contribute to the 2011 NOS, please contact William Greenlee at the address listed on the home page. Sponsorships of oral sessions, and other events at the NOS are available. Checks should be made payable to Division of Organic Chemistry-ACS with a notation that it is for the National Organic Chemistry Symposium, and sent directly to the Secretary/Treasurer of the Division:
